Coverage Periods
Espresso machines: 2-year limited warranty (1 year parts & labor + 1 additional year parts).
Grinders: 1-year limited warranty (parts & labor).
Accessories/electrics (kettles, scales): 1-year limited warranty.
Consumables: Not covered by warranty.
What’s Covered
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
Electrical and mechanical failures not due to misuse or environmental damage.
Factory firmware issues (if applicable).
Exclusions
Scale, corrosion, or water damage (improper water quality/filtration).
Cosmetic damage after delivery, wear-and-tear gaskets, baskets, group screens.
Damage from improper voltage, plumbing, or third-party modifications.
Commercial use unless explicitly stated.
Water Quality Requirement
Target: 50–100 ppm total hardness, pH 7.0–8.0, low chlorides.
Use filtered/conditioned water. Distilled or RO must be remineralized to the target range.
Filing a Claim
Gather info: Order number, serial number, photos/video of the issue, water source details.
Remote diagnostics: Our techs may request tests to isolate the fault.
Repair path:
Field-replaceable part shipped to you with instructions, or
Ship-to-service-center (we provide a label for covered failures within 1 year).
Turnaround: 5–10 business days in shop; parts backorders may extend timeline.
Extended Protection
Optional 1-year extended parts & labor plan for machines (adds surge protection and one complimentary tune-up). Must be purchased within 30 days of the machine purchase.

Q: Is descaling covered?
A: Descaling is maintenance, not a warranty repair. Damage from scale is excluded.
