Condition Requirements
Original packaging, all accessories, manuals, and included parts.
No signs of misuse, scale damage, or modification.
Machines showing >10 extraction cycles may be assessed a refurb fee (up to 15%) in lieu of restocking.
How to Start a Return/Exchange
Request an RMA: Contact support with order number and reason.
Receive prepaid label (domestic orders): Provided for eligible returns over $75; otherwise return shipping is customer-paid.
Pack securely: Use original packaging when possible; drain boilers if applicable and protect the portafilter group.
Inspection: 3–5 business days after arrival.
Refund/Exchange: Refund to original payment method (5–10 business days) or immediate exchange once inspection passes.
Restocking & Fees
Unused machines: $0 restocking.
Lightly used machines: 10% restocking (covers bench testing and sanitation).
Missing parts: Deducted at replacement cost.
Exchanges
Even exchanges ship once the returned item passes inspection.
Upgrades: We’ll invoice the difference; downgrades result in a partial refund.
Return Exceptions
Water damage/scale, electrical modifications, or commercial use void return eligibility.
Machines that have been plumbed without a certified pressure-reducing valve and filtration may be refused.

Q: Beans tasted off—can I return?
